misterpeace said: My conflicting love-hate relationship with Grant Morrison’s work started when he abandoned WildStorm (which was an open canvas and actively encouraging really brave, wild ideas at the time) to do standard-bearer Superman and Batman comics. *sigh*I agree. But I think in terms of WildCats it was partially a combo of that, and Jim Lee trying to juggle to many projects. I mean he was going to do this, and attempt to keep All-Star Batman and Robin on schedule (which it was already behind at the point when this came out). But I was really excited to read a Grant Morrison penned WildCats WITH Jim Lee art. So, yeah, it was a major let down that not more came out of this.
